PURPOSE:To prevent operation from being complicated by connecting a system standard form transferring device to a file transferring device. CONSTITUTION:The system standard form transferring device 1 is connected to the file transferring device 8 to transfer a source program in a terminal side file 9 to a host computer side file 10 so as to operate it, and is constituted of a KANJI (Chinese character) reference language deciding means 2, a KANJI shift code number calculating means 3 and a KANJI shift code number storing means 4. Then, it transfers the source program including a KANJI code after editing it into form capable of handling the translation program by using this file transferring device 8. Thus, it becomes unnecessary to select the source program to be an object to be transferred, and operability is improved.
