PURPOSE:To obtain the efficient cutting device used by applying fin of cuttlefish to the cutting device while holding cuttlefish and then drawing and moving the cutting device by providing a device plate having a nearly V-shaped cutting blade at a prescribed interval in the upper part of a guide plate in which a findropping port is formed. CONSTITUTION:A device plate 3 is installed at a prescribed interval in the upper part of a guide plate 2 in which a fin-dropping port 1 is formed and a nearly V-shaped introducing part 4 is formed in the front edge part of the device plate 3. A blade plate 6 is provided in the laterally symmetrical inclined edge 5 of the introducing part 4 and lateral cutting blades 7 and 7' are formed into a nearly V shape to provide the objective cutting device.
