<p>A method for treatment of vegetal resources provides for feeding the disintegrated vegetal resources to the treatment zone and subjecting them simultaneously to an electric current and to rotating magnetic fields so as to ensure the turbulization of the vegetal resource flow. A device for treatment of vegetal resources comprises a cylindrical casing (1), electrodes (5) located inside the casing (1) along its generatrix, two annular magnetic circuits (6) mounted on the external surface of the casing (1) along its generatrix and providing for rotating magnetic fields. The device further comprises a commutating unit (9) through which sectional windings (8) of neighbouring magnetic circuits (6) are oppositely connected to a power source (10). The invention may be used in technological lines for primary treatment of fruits, vegetables and root-crops.</p> |
