PURPOSE:To enable an molded article (key button) and sheet material to be molded integrally by accommodating a sheet material arranged with key buttons used for electronic computer or the like into a die, and molding a molded article by the use of a material which can be welded thereto with an appropriate welding force. CONSTITUTION:In instances adapting to a key switch device, at first, a sheet material 1 is disposed in a cavity 10 formed between each opposite surface of a lower die 8 and upper die 9, and the lower die 8 and upper die 9 are clamped and molding resin is injected therein, namely, to cavities 11, 12. Each molded key button 3... is welded to the peripheries of openings 2..., and supporting material 6 is welded to the sheet material 1 in its lower end surface with an appropriate welding force at an A part. In this manner, a number of key buttons 3...and supporting material 6 are molded integrally with the sheet material 1. After this, the die are released from each other, and a molded article is obtained in being kept integral. And, the molded articles can be built into a device case and housing or the like simultaneously, and can be separated from the sheet material readily in the degree of finger pressing force. |
