<p>Compounds are disclosed having general formula (I), in which n is 1, 2 or 3; and R?1 and R2¿ are each, independently, an ethyl, hydroxyethyl, or hydroxymethyl group; or R?1 and R2¿, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form a cyclic group which is a 1-piperidino, 2- or 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperidino, 2-hydroxymethyl-1-piperidino, 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)- or 4-methyl-1-piperazino, or 4-morpholino group; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds have utility as anti-cancer agents. A method of preparing the compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds, are also disclosed.</p> |
