PURPOSE:To easily adjust a zero point and a full point by providing an arithmetic processing part which converts the signal from a transmitter according to a specific expression and outputs the resulting signal to a display function part, when a trigger for adjustment is not provided in a signal processing part. CONSTITUTION:When a tester 40 is in a nonconnection state, biphase signals from pick-off coils 2a and 2b of the transmitter H are led to a phase comparing circuit 30a to detect their phase difference, and a rectangular wave signal is outputted to a filter circuit 30b. The circuit 30b converts the phase difference into a voltage value, which is outputted to a CPU 30d through an ADC30c. The CPU 30 converts the signal based upon the phase difference and outputs the resulting signal to a display part 30e. Here, xIND is found from an equation, where xIND is a display value, (x) a measured input value, x0 a measure zero point, xF a measured full point, and F a full scale. When an adjustment is made by using the tester 40, the ON/OFF signal of the tester 40 is led to the CPU 30d and a set switch 30f is turned on to supply the trigger for adjustment to the CPU 30d; and reference biphase signals of the zero point and full point for adjustment are led though a switch SW1 at the same time. |
