<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain the insole complying with a foot shape by molding the preform of the insole for shoes by using a shape memory synthetic resin contg. bubbles, setting the preform in shoes and heating the same, and putting the foot or foot mold of a user therein, then pressing and cooling the preform. CONSTITUTION:A foaming agent, etc., are added to the shape memory synthetic resin (for example, urethane) to prepare the resin liquid. This liquid is poured into a casting mold 5 formed in a lower forming mold 4. An upper forming mold 6 is mounted thereto and the liquid is foamed and cured to obtain the preform 3 of the insole for shoes consisting of the shape memory synthetic resin 2 contg. the bubbles 1. The preform is then put into the shoes and after heating, the user wears the shoes and rests his weight on the foot 7 to compressively deform the preform, thereby deforming the preform to the shape complying with the shape of the rear of the foot. The preform is polymerized to plastic in this shape when the preform is cooled down to the Tg temp. or below in this state. The insole 8 maintaining the shape complying with the shape of the user's foot is thus obtd. even after the users takes off the shoes.</p> |
