<p>PURPOSE:To achieve stable deodorization by determining whether quasi-full oxidation state is retained or not according to the difference of pH at an inlet and at an outlet of an absorption tower as well as absorption amount of SO2 by online and properly increasing pH setting based on the determination. CONSTITUTION:The amount of sulfur oxides absorbed in an absorption solution in an absorption part is computed by an apparatus 8 to compute the amount of sulfur oxide absorption. By an apparatus 6 to measure pH after absorption, an absorption solution's pH which is lowered by bringing the solution into contact with a waste gas in the absorption part is measured. Both signals from an apparatus 4 to measure pH before absorption and from an apparatus 6 to measure pH after absorption are compared with each other by a comparison apparatus 7b to compare pH before and after absorption. With an apparatus 13a, set pH value of an pH setting apparatus 10a is adjusted based on the apparatus 7a and 8b. As the result, even under specific operational condition, that is quasi-full oxidization condition, objective desulfurization efficiency is obtained.</p> |
