Golf simulator with full size tee - has video simulation of fairway and green condition, with sensors monitoring ball flight

A golf simulator allows an interactive display of the passage of the ball relative to a fairway built-in green as displayed by a video profector (48) onto a screen (40). The ball can be played from either a tee (42), bunker (45) or from rough (47) that is represented on a timtable (43). Sensors (56,58) monitor the flight of the ball and provide information to the control computer (50). The senses are coupled to a net (44), velocity and trajectory data is computed and used to access the video images. ADVANTAGE - Provides realistic simulation of golf stroke and ball trajectory.
