<p>The invention relates to a process for treating phosphoric acid which is characterised by the fact that the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters are adjusted in such a way as to form a compound of formula (I): (SO4)1-x(PO4)x(H)yCa1-δM; where x is between 1/2.10-2 and 1.10-1, advantageously from 1.10-2 to 1/2.10-1; y is between 0 and x + δ, preferably between x - 1/2 of delta and x + 1/2 of delta; where delta indicates the replacement of calcium by other metal cations, where M represents one or more metal cations whose total charge is about equal to 2 delta + x - y. Application: the purification of industrial phosphoric acid.</p> |
