<p>The disclosed device is comprised of a main body (1) which contains a coupling rod (3) which is longitudinally and alternatingly displaceable in a telescopic way inside the main body (1), the latter (1) being connected to a guiding extension (2) which is hollow and is provided with side windows (10a, 10b) and which guides a stabilizing spring (18) having a flexible external cover (23); the stabilizing spring (18) acts in a permanent and flexible way against a transverse lever (11) arranged inside the guiding extension (2) and against a fixed stop (T) integral with the sheath (17) of the portion of cable (9) which connects the device to the clutch mechanism.
