PURPOSE:To enable boring work and configuration work to be carried out continuously by drawing out a belt intermediate consisting of thermosetting polyurethane which is formed as a certain breadth belt-shaped continuous body from the space between a punch and dies at only a certain length equal to the length of the worked part every time when a punching work is done by a pressing device. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined belt intermediate is mounted in recessed grooves 16a, 16b which is formed in dies 7, and a predetermined weight is applied on the end part of the belt intermediate 10 to be a delivery side, wherein the belt intermediate 10 is put to be pulled up toward the delivery side shown by an arrow P. After this, through the descending operation of a punch 5, the belt intermediate is subjected to a predetermined punching work therebetween the dies 7. When the punch 5 moves upward and the belt intermediate 10 is left in the recessed groove 16 of the dies 7, the belt intermediate 10 moves in the direction of the arrow P through the loads of the weight, and strikes a striking wall 23 resulting in positioning the belt intermediate 10. The belt intermediate 10 is supplied in pulling it out of the recessed groove 16b to the direction of the arrow P with a constant force; as a result, the belt intermediate 10 can be sent constantly into a working area 17 at a certain length. |
