<p>PURPOSE:To attain excellent adhesion and surface hardness by forming a hardened phosphagen coat layer on the touch surface having electric conductivity for a touch panel having a conductive layer. CONSTITUTION:A hardened phsophagen coat layer is formed on a touch surface opposite to an electric conductive layer of a conductive film for a touch panel formed by laminating a base member, a visible light transmission control layer, and an electric conductive layer. As the material for the base member, polyethyleneterephthalate, etc., is used. The visible light transmission control layer is made of an ultraviolet ray hardening resin. The electric conductive layer is made of indium and/or oxide of tin. The hardened phosphagen coat layer is made by hardening a solidifying phosphagen compound. Thus an electric conductive film for a touch panel may be made easily without applying the layer two times with excellent adhesion and a high surface hardness.</p> |
