PURPOSE:To improve safety and reliability by providing a flat plate type thermoelectric generation unit, and passages in which high temperature fluid and low temperature fluid individually flow. CONSTITUTION:A thermoelectric generator 3 constitutes an atomic power generator facility together with an atomic reactor, melted sodium supplying and discharging lines, an electromagnetic pump, cooling water supplying and discharging lines, a DC/AC converter, etc. The generator 3 provides many flat plate type thermoelectric generation units 23 using P-type and N-type amorphous semiconductor thermoelectric materials in an outer shell 21, and supports them by tubular plates 22. A high temperature side passage of melted sodium and a low temperature side passage of cooling water are separated by the units 23. |
