<p>PURPOSE:To prevent transparent electrodes from cracking due to sealing and to secure sealing capacity by forming at least one upper/lower connecting electrode between the upper and lower electrodes and forming the combination of a continued seal and uncontinued seals around the upper/lower connecting electrode. CONSTITUTION:The transparent electrodes 3, 4 are formed on the opposite insides of the lower base 1 made of soda glass or borosilicate glass and the upper base 2 using a polyester, polycarbonate, or acrylic film. The combination of the continued seal 6 and the uncontinued seals 7 is formed around the upper/ lower connecting electrode 5 at least one position between the upper and lower electrodes 3, 4. Consequently, the electrodes can be prevented from being cracked and the sealing strength can be secured.</p> |
