<p>PURPOSE:To realize a closed cycle process in a process utilizing an organic solvent by distilling by steam a part of a spent organic solvent generated from an extraction process in order to separate a dodecane and by recycling it to a dilution agent deterging process of a collected dodecane. CONSTITUTION:A solvent of which amount corresponds to the same amount of a slightly more amount of a dodecane added in a deterging process 12 of dilution agent, is supplied to a steam-distillation device 24, selectively from spent organic solvents in a receiving tank 18. At the steam-distillation device 24, a distillation process is carried out with passing a steam through the organic solvent. By this process, the dodecane can be solely and almost completely distillated from a TBP. The TBP is taken out from a lower part of the steam- distillation device 24 and is separately passed down by a spent organic solvent in a receiving tank 18 and a TBP receiving tank 26. On the other hand, a collected dodecane is separated from a condensated water at a dodecane receiving tank 28 and then an only necessary amount is recycled in the deterging process 12 of dilution agents. In this way, an amount of spent solvents originally generated can be reduced to the maximum possible extent and the organic solvents can be almost completely confined in a closed process.</p> |
