An aqueous preparation comprising 0.1 to 0.3 % (W/V) of a pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidine compound represented by the following formula I: (wherein R represents an n-propyl or allyl group; A A represents a tetrazolyl or carboxyl group; and n n represents an integer of 0 to 2), 0.5 to 2.0 % (W/V) of a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, 0.5 to 2.0 % (W/V) of polyethylene glycol and 1.0 to 3.5 % (W/V) of disodium hydrogenphosphate.
