PURPOSE:To obtain a stable base line by eliminating variation in interface impedance by clamping four metallic plates with five spacers, and forming a flow cell by a gasket made of a metallic block. CONSTITUTION:Four metallic plates 14-17 having bored through holes in the centers are clamped with five spacers 9-13 perforated in the centers. The spacers 9 and 13 on both ends are fixed with screws 20 and 21 while the through holes of respective members are made coaxial to form a flow cell, which is connected to an external conduit with nuts 22 and 23. The metallic plates 16 and 17 are detection electrodes. The metallic plates 14 and 15 are working electrodes and both ends of them are connected to a sample introduction opening side and a sample discharge opening side through the spacers 9 and 13 respectively, thus forming a measuring circuit of four electrodes fixed with the gaskets 18 and 19. |
