PURPOSE:To effectively use a CPU by including an abnormality deciding function and a function for generating an event at the time of deciding abnormality in a device to be controlled, and at the time of receiving the event, executing inference. CONSTITUTION:The device 12 to be controlled is provided with a processing part 13, which decides whether the device 12 is in an abnormal state for executing inference or not and transmits a group of data expressing time, a device and a state at the time of deciding the abnormal state. At the time of receiving the group of data from the device 12, a monitoring controller 11 executes inference. Namely, data for starting inference are sent to the controller 11 only when the device 12 goes a certain specific state such as abnormality. Consequently, the execution of useless sampling and status decision is made unnecessary and the CPU can be effectively utilized. |
