In this case, when the light beam 1 or a feed speed of a substrate (magnetic medium 2) is made slow, a light beam spot inverted to the N pole or the S pole on the magnetic medium 2 is superposed in order, a heating shape of a trailing edge part of each light beam spot is left in order in the shape of a crescent, and recording is left.
