<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the buckling of a metallic sheet at the roll for heating and adhering even when the thickness of the used metallic sheet is thin by a method in which after temporary adhesion, before the metallic sheet is introduced between the rolls for heating and adhering, the sheet is heated by nun- contact heating means, and the temperature of the metallic sheet is regulated at the temperrature higher than that of the metallic sheet at temporary adhesion and at the temperature of the roll for heating and adhering or lower. CONSTITUTION:While two metallic sheets are respectively introduced into a first runnign line and a second running line and are run there, said metallic sheets are brought into contact with the rolls 9, 10 for heating the metallic sheet and are heated. After filmlike resins 7, 8 have been temporarily stuck to the heated metallic sheets by the heating rolls 9, 10, the metallic sheets are heated with infrared ray-heating devices 13, 14. Next, while these two metal lic sheets are combined, said sheets are introduced between the rolls 9, 10 for heating and adhering, and after passing them, the sheets are mutually stuck under heating, thereby obtaining a laminate 6.</p> |
