<p>PURPOSE:To mark a necessary point on a figure without complicate calculation nor plotting operation by providing a main body and a measurement lever, and providing this main body with a display device, an input device, and a calculating means and the measurement lever with a trace part, a read/mark changeover switch, a read switch, and a mark stylus. CONSTITUTION:The measuring instrument is provided with the main body 1 provided with a roller 2 which can travels only in one linear direction and the measurement lever 6 which is pivoted on the main body 1 rotatably on a horizontal surface right and left about the travel direction of the main body 1. Further, the main body 1 is provided with the display device 4, input device (keyboard) 3, and calculating means and the measurement lever 6 is provided with the trace part 7, read/mark changeover switch 9, read switch 10, and mark stylus 8. Then the position of a read position mark 7' is read from the rotational angle counted value of the roller 2 and the rotational angle counted value of the read switch 10 and indicated calculation indicated with a function key on the keyboard 3 is performed to display the difference between the current position of the mark stylus 8 and an indicated position on the display device 4.</p> |
