<p>PURPOSE:To boil noodles in a bundle to simply dish them up by a method wherein an end of a bundle of noodles is bundled by a heat and water resistant string having stretchability. CONSTITUTION:A string 2 having elastic stretchability and resistant to hot water is used wherein a narrow tape of thermosetting polyurethane or other kinds of rubber may be used. When dry noodles 1 are to be boiled, a belt 8 for bundling the center is cut and removed, and with the noodles bundled only at an end by the string 2 they are put into hot water in a pot or the like. The noodles 1 can be boiled without being scattered in hot water. Therefore even if a plurality of bundles of dry noodles 1 each of which has different color such as colored noodles are boiled in one pot, noodles of different colors may not be mixed so as to dish them up in separate colors. Since in an apparatus for bundling a guide plate 5 for positioning bundles of noodles stands on the top face of a table 3, it can bundle the ends of the bundles at a constant position.</p> |
