PURPOSE:To shorten a time by reducing the length of the scan ring of an LSI and the number of scan locks by comprising the scan ring only in respective LSI, and correcting data in a flip-flop by utilizing respective scan ring of plural LSIs in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A processor 2 sends data register information 42, mask register information 43, counter information 44 showing 256 to the data register 24, the mask register 26, and the counter 27 of the LSI1-1, respectively, and sends a scan start signal S2. And data set are performed with those data, and after one cycle of scan being completed, flip-flop information 45 are formed on the flip-flops 22-145,... 22-176. Thereby, the length of the scan ring can be reduced and the number of scan locks can be also reduce, which saves the time. |
