<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the interfacial release and interlaminar crack between a filler and a resin by performing the filling of a through-hole with a filler compounded resin powder by pressing said powder by a press member whose under surface is formed into a uniform press surface. CONSTITUTION:The through-holes 1 of a metal plate 2 are filled with a filler compounded resin powder 4 and this filler compounded resin powder is preliminarily scattered in a slightly large amount so as to also spread over the entire upper surface of the metal plate 2. As the filler compounded resin powder 4, one prepared by powdering the same filler compounded resin as that infiltrated in a prepreg 3a is used. As a filler, a needle-like powder prepared by finely cutting and grinding down a glass fiber or an aramide fiber can be designated. The filler compounded resin powder 4 is received in the through-holes 1 of the metal plate 2 having the prepreg 3a temporarily bonded thereto but the whole of said filler compounded resin powder 4 is pressed from above by a press member 10 to enhance the filling ratio to the through-holes 1. By this method, the through-holes 1 are filled with the piller compounded resin powder 4 and, at the point of time when a filling degree reaches a definite limit, the excessive filler compounded resin powder remaining outside the through-holes 1 is removed by a removing means 11.</p> |
