PURPOSE:To obtain the responsiveness to the desirable steering and the stability of the vehicle position in all speed regions by changing the turning angle of a vertical wing according to the car speed and steering angle as well as decreasing the change of the turning angle with increase in the car speed. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 15 provided with the input of the speed of a body 1 detected by a car speed sensor 19 and a signal from a steering angle sensor 17 drives a step motor 11 on the basis of the car speed and steering angle to control the turning angle of a vertical wing 5 provided at the rear part of the body 1. In this case, the microcomputer 15 controls the driving of the step motor 11 in such a way as to change the turning angle of the vertical wing 5 continuously according to the car speed and decrease the change of the turning angle as the increase of the car speed. The responsiveness to the desirable steering and the stability of the vehicle position can be thus improved in all speed regions. |
