PURPOSE:To perform the test of a load by supplying a power source to the load such as an illumination load, etc., even when a transmission circuit side is not arranged yet by detecting the application of the power source at a load side, and supplying a current to the coil at the on-side of a latching relay. CONSTITUTION:The fail safe circuits 8 and 9 of a terminal for control detect the application of the power source by applying the power source on the load side and the current is supplied to the coil 61 at the on-side of the latching relay 6 even when a transmission line 2 or a central processing unit are not arranged yet and only the terminal for control and the load such as the illumination load, etc., connected to the terminal are arranged. Therefore, it follows that the latching relay 6 in the inside of the terminal for control is always switched to the on-side when the power source is applied on the load side. In such a way, it is possible to perform the inspection of the load such as the illumination load, or wiring status. |
