PURPOSE: To prevent a blocking mechanism from causing an unfavorable operation under a specified state by providing a structure such that a coupling separates the connection between a weight disc and a control wheel when a prescribed centrifugal force is exceeded. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a blocking mechanism operating lever 22 mounted on a housing 10 in such a manner as to be pivotally movable, a control ring 18 with inner teeth 20 for connecting the operating lever, which is rotatably mounted on the housing 10, a control claw 24 mounted on a belt spool 12 in such a manner as to be pivotally movable and interlocked with the inner teeth 20 of the control ring 18, a control wheel 30 rotatably mounted on the belt spool 12 to hold an operating cam 36 for the control claw 24, and a weight disc 38 connected to the control wheel 30. The weight disc 38 is connected to the control wheel 30 through a coupling in replay to centrifugal force, and when a prescribed centrifugal force is exceeded, the coupling separates the connection between the weight disc 38 and the control wheel 30. |
