PURPOSE:To improve the salt rejection rate, etc., of the membrane by forming a hollow fiber having a porous sponge layer from the mixed polyaminic component consisting of an aromatic polyaminic compd. and an aliphatic polyaminic compd. and an aromatic polycarboxylic acid component. CONSTITUTION:The copolyamide obtained by allowing an aromatic polycarboxylic acid component to react with the mixed polyaminic component consisting of an aromatic polyaminic compd. and an aliphatic polyaminic compd. is mixed into the liq. mixture of an amide-based solvent and polyglycerin to prepare a spinning soln. The spinning soln. is discharged at 60-180 deg.C into the atmosphere of air, etc., to form a hollow-fiber membrane. The obtained hollow- fiber membrane of the copolyamide has the outermost dense layer 1 having <=20mum thickness and the microporous sponge layer 2 having <=0.5mum pore diameter except the dense layer 1, and the porosity of the membrane part is controlled to 40-80%. |
