摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce cost, prevent reduction of reliability, and keep durability, by forming a yoke by deep drawing, maintaining accuracy of air-gap in connection with a cylindrical member, and providing a flanged portion integrally on the outer periphery of the yoke. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 1 in thin-wall cup-shape can be formed by a simple deep drawing and press working, and these processes are made by a progressive press machine. By this, a cycle time for working a part is low. Also, an accuracy requested for a cylindrical member 2 is air-gap delta, but accuracy control for each part is not made except that accuracy maintenance is made with a jig during the connection with the yoke. Next, a grooved portion engraved in the end surface 1-c of the yoke flange keeps lubricant to prevent durability abnormal wear due to oil shortage. On the other hand, it gives the excellent cut of oil film to prevent a contact surfaces, sliding at high speed, from being separated due to the oil film of the lubricant. Also, since the yoke 1 is made in contact with the absorbing plate 4 at the flange end surface, the contact area is increased remarkably.</p>
