<p>PURPOSE:To quickly heat a metallic mold for short time by heating the metallic mold under contacting with an electric heating plate and preventing heat radiation from the metallic mold with an upper and lower rings and heat radiation from a vessel at fixed side and a vessel at movable side to outside with heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:After laying the metallic mold 23 on the lower ring 21, by supplying/exhausting compressed air into an air cylinder 16, the vessel 14 at movable side and heat insulating material 13 are integrated with the vessel 3 at fixed side and heat insulating material 2. Both end faces of the metallic mold 23 are tightly brought into contact with the electric heating plates 9, 20, and the outer periphery of the metallic mold 23 is made to covering condition with the upper ring 10 and lower ring 21. At the time of energizing and heating to the electric heating plates 9, 20, the heat generated from the electric heating plates 9, 20 is directly conducted to the metallic mold 23 to prevent the heat radiation from the metallic mold 23 with the upper ring 10 and lower ring 21. The heat insulating materials 2, 13 prevent the radiation of the heat from the vessel 3 at fixed side and the vessel 14 at movable side to the outside. By this method, the metallic mold 23 temp. is quickly raised for the short time.</p> |
