It comprises a drum 1 arranged between two discs 2, 3 for rolling up the cable 4 which secures the net, a hydraulic motor 6 for actuating the drum 1, a clutch 7 and at least one brake 8, 9, and it is characterized in that it comprises a device 10 for guiding the cable 4 mounted on the support 5 of the drum 1 and the motor 6 is coupled directly to the drum 1. The guide device 10 comprises a pair of guide bars 11, 12 arranged between an upper platform 13 and a lower platform 14 of a carriage 15 which can slide over bars 16, 18 and move by virtue of a nut 18 associated with an endless screw (bolt) 19 actuated by a hydraulic motor 22. The brakes 8, 9 are cooled and comprise inner blades 32 for agitating the coolant fluid. Assembly is simplified and the cable is suitably guided. <IMAGE>
