Portable device for carrying a drinking bottle and an electronic unit. It consists of a rectangular carrier (holder) 12 with a plastic bottle 10 and a radio unit 13. The bottle can be removed from the carrier 12, independently of the radio, and the carrier 12 has an integral belt securing device, carryier strap anchoring means being provided. The radio unit 13 is formed as a housing of joined front and back slotted segments 13a, 13b, the rear segment 13b having an elastic securing device intended to interact with grooves in the rear wall of the carrier 12 in order to allow elastic release and fastening of the carrier 12 and the radio unit 13. The invention is applicable to leisure, recreation and rescue equipment. <IMAGE>
