The burner device 1 comprises a hollow head 2 intended to be held against a boiler wall 3 or similar, this head 2 comprising on the inside at least one fuel injector 4, and an assembly 8 for feeding combustion air situated on the outside of the boiler. The burner device is mounted in a pivoting manner on a support 9 which itself is mounted in a sliding manner in a direction which is essentially parallel to the axis B of the combustion head, on at least one slide 11 fixed to the wall 3 of the boiler; the sliding stroke is sufficient to make it possible to release completely the combustion head 2 and the injector 4 from the boiler and then to allow the rotation of the burner device 1. <IMAGE>
