PURPOSE:To complete one stroke of the captioned device through reciprocating motion of an arm by providing a magnet at the end of a swing arm, transferring wire from a stocker until it touches a supporting portion, and next sweeping it out of the supporting portion. CONSTITUTION:Swing arms 72, 74 provided with magnets 76, 78 at their end portions are connected to the rod 88 of a cylinder 84 so as to rock around a shaft 68. On piece of wire 6 is picked up from a wire stocker 60 and transferred to a supporting face 10 of a supporting member 8. The wire 6 is machined at the position where it does not touch the magnet of the arms. Consequently, during a returning path of the arms, wire piece can not be attracted to the magnet and swept out from the position. |
