PURPOSE:To improve the effective availability of a frequency by allowing the nearest radio base station of a mobile radio equipment to take charge of the initiative in the control related to the execution of communication such as registration of a position from the mobile radio equipment, outgoing/incoming calls, switching of a busy channel, etc. CONSTITUTION:This system contains plural radio base stations 30 provided with a radio transmitter/receiver, an ID discriminating storage part 24, a switch group 23 for opening and closing a speech path and a control part 21 for controlling them, a barrier exchange 20 which contains the switch group 23 for connecting plural radio base station and a telephone network, a speech path control part 21 for controlling this switch group 23, and the ID identifying storage part 24, and a mobile radio equipment containing a radio receiving circuit for receiving simultaneously plural channels in order to communicate simultaneously with plural radio base stations 30, while moving in a service area covered by these plural radio base stations 30 and a radio transmitting circuit for transmitting simultaneously plural channels. In this case, the communication of a control signal between the mobile radio means and a radio means is executed by the diversity. In such a way, a mobile communication system in which the utilization efficiency of a frequency is high can be constructed. |
