PURPOSE:To uniformize effective picture element number of a sub sample picture data being a processing object by inputting sequentially a sub sample picture data by one frame, applying parallel coding, synthesizing the result in matching with resolution at a receiver side, adding a header sequentially in matching with number of a coding processing section and sending the result. CONSTITUTION:Picture elements forming one frame of a picture data are interleaved not in duplicate to form a data in which n-set of picture elements (n is an integer being 1 or over) are split per frame and one frame of a sub sample picture data 6 sent sequentially is inputted, coded in parallel by n-set of coding processing sections 9 to form a coded picture data 12, all or number of data among n-set of data in matching with the resolution of the receiver are selected optionally and synthesized, subject to sub sample processing into m-set so as to be coded by m-set of coding processing sections 9 (m is an integer being 1 or over) and a header is added sequentially to the processed data and the result is sent. Thus, effective picture element number in coding processing sections is uniformized and the processing time is minimized. |
