PURPOSE:To obtain the subject film excellent in blocking resistance and heat seal properties and useful as a wrapping material for ingredients of chinese noodles, etc., seasonings and fast foods by piling up a water-soluble polysaccharide layer on an alkali metal caseinate layer. CONSTITUTION:A layer composed of a water soluble polysaccharide [e.g. alginic acid (salt), phaselelan or carrageenan] as the main component is piled up on a layer composed of an alkali metal caseinate (e.g. sodium caseinate) as the main component to obtain the objective film. |
