METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HEATING OF BULK MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To obtain a bulk material having high quality by raising the temperature of a heating source for a bulk material at a gradient smaller than the former temperature gradient with time when the temperature reaches a 2nd specific temperature lower than a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of a bulk material is detected and the material is heated at a prescribed temperature by controlling the heating temperature of the heat source based on the detected data. When the temperature of the bulk material reaches a 2nd prescribed temperature lower than the above prescribed temperature, the heating temperature of the heat source is controlled in such a manner as to raise the temperature of the material at a gradient smaller than the temperature gradient with time before the temperature reaches the 2nd prescribed temperature.
