PURPOSE: To prevent distortion and the deterioration of performance by providing a dual stereoscopic microscope with a means for perpendicularly bending parallel beams from an objective lens making 1st and 2nd optical paths a pair and a pair of zoom tubes varying magnification in the respective optical paths. CONSTITUTION: The parallel beams are intercepted by two prisms 30 and 32, and the 1st and the 2nd pairs of observation optical paths are arranged parallel with each other on an objective lens 26 so as to turn perpendicular to the axes of the parallel beams. Then, the zoom tubes 40 and 42 are put on the 1st pair of optical paths of the light from the reflector 30, and the zoom tubes 44 and 46 are put on the 2nd pair of optical paths of the light from the reflector 32, so that the magnification of an object viewed through the optical path is varied. A reflection mirror 60 is constituted so that the light passing through a hole 39 formed by the cut parts 27 and 38 of the prisms 30 and 32 may turn in a direction perpendicular to the axes of the parallel beams as a 5th optical path. Thus, the dual stereoscopic microscope where stereoscopes are provided with a zoom function independent each other is obtained. |
