<p>PURPOSE:To prevent magnetic saturation without reducing the space of a permanent magnet and a coil, and to contrive increase in attracting force by a method wherein the plate thickness of the pole face of a pair of yokes is increased. CONSTITUTION:Pertaining to a yoke 1, the plate thickness of pole faces 6 and 7, which come in contact with an armature 5, is thicker than the middle part of yokes 1 and 2 and a pivotally supported part 9, and the above-mentioned plate thickness is gently increased protruding to the side of the armature 5 from the middle part. Also, a yoke 2 is formed by punching a plate material 8, having the deformed cross-section same as the yoke 1, in such a manner that the plate thickness of a pole face 7 will be made thicker than other part. Accordingly, the cross-section of the part of the yokes 1 and 2, which is liable to be magnetically saturated locally, can be increased. As a result, magnetic satulation can be prevented without reducing the space of a permanent magnet and a coil 4, and the increase of attracting force of the title electromagnet device can be achieved by increasing magnetic flux.</p> |
