PURPOSE:To decrease the I/O access frequency and to output the messages at a high speed by collecting the messages having high possibility for continuous output as a member to evolve them onto a main storage and retrieving the message having an output request out of the member to output the message. CONSTITUTION:When a message output request is received from a data process executing part 5 based on a message identifier, a member name specifying part 61 specifies a member name containg the message having an output request according to the message identifier. A read deciding part 62 receives the specified member name and decides whether message of the member name is evolved to a message member evolving part 7 or not. If so, a message member reading part 63 performs no process. If not, the message of a member name specified by the part 61 is evolved to the part 7 in place of the member so far evolved. Thus the messages can be outputted to a terminal at a high speed. |
