FLUOROELASTOMER COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To solve problems caused by the high viscosity of tetrafluoroethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer while retaining its other excellent properties by compounding tetrafluoroethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer with specific polymers. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. tetrafluoroethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer is compounded at least with 5 to 25 pts.wt. ethylene-ethylenically unsatd. ester copolymer and 20 to 100 pts.wt. vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer elastomer, thus giving a fluoroelastomer compsn. used for extrusion molding and vulcanizable with an org. peroxide. Said ethylene-ethylenically unsatd. ester copolymer pref. contains 12 to 38wt.% said unsatd. ester.
