PURPOSE:To effectively use a limited room space by installing a Collected unit which is formed by collecting a bath toilet unit, kitchen unit, accommodation unit, etc., around a rotary shaft, in turnable manners. CONSTITUTION:A collected unit 2 is installed in turnable manners in an installation space 1 a part of which is secured on a floor through the communication to a living room space. The collected unit 2 is constituted by collecting the installation units such as bath toilet unit 4, kitchen unit 5, and an accommodation unit 6 around a rotary shaft 23. The collected unit 2 is turned, and a desired installation unit is used, in the opposed state to a communication part 7b, and other installation units are shielded in the installation space. |
