<p>The structure comprises an outer framework (2) formed by profiled elements (4, 4a, 4b, 4c) made of metal or a like rigid material, mounted peripherally to a substantially planar panel (3, 3a, 3b, 3c) made of transparent material. The panel and the framework have coupling edges with complementarily shaped cross sections, having at least one inclined surface (6, 7; 6a, 7a; 6b, 7b; 6c, 7c) with respect to the main plane of arrangement of the casement. During assembly, a continuous sealing gasket (8), made of elastic material of predetermined shape, is clamped between the coupling edges, so as to define a permanent sealing connection between the frame and the panel.</p> |
