<p>PURPOSE:To securely eliminate static electricity to be generated at the tape driving time and to obtain more stable tape traveling by moving a tape guide which is contact with the tape of a tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:The tape guide 12 in a metal rod fashion for varying the wrapping angle, i.e. winding angle of the magnetic tape T to a guide shaft 8 mounted projectively from a shot 2a on a chassis 2 on the right front side of a front face opening part 4a inside the tape cassette 4 is errected on the tip part of a guide lever 10. In this case, by moving the tape guide 12, which is in contact with the tape of the tape cassette 4. along the front face opening part 4a of the tape cassette, the wrapping angle of the tape to the guide shaft 8 on the side of the front face opening part in the tape cassette is changed to be smaller. Then, the static electricity to be generated on the tape T is allowed to certainly escape to the chassis side by the tape guide 12. By this method, the tape traveling performance is stabilized. and the rewinding. etc., can be performed at high speed.</p> |
