PURPOSE:To prevent the wasteful consumption of ozone filters by detecting the output of a semiconductor thin film ozone measuring instrument in an air exhausting path after passing through an ozone adsorbing filter and displaying detected value. CONSTITUTION:A display device 20 which detects the output of the semiconductor ozone measuring instrument 6 disposed in the air exhausting path 1 after the passing through the ozone adsorbing filter 2 and displays the detected value is provided. The output of the ozone measuring instrument 6 is measured at least twice and the mean value of measured values is displayed. The mean value is obtained by measuring the mean value of the measured values by excluding abnormal values. Therefore in a simple composition ozone quantity in exhausted air is precisely measured and ozone filter replacement is performed at a proper period. Thus the wasteful consumption of the ozone filters is prevented. |
