<p>PURPOSE:To accurately and speedily write only data received in a data reception period into a target memory by simultaneously writing only data received in prescribed time into a prescribed division area. CONSTITUTION:An internal write controller 9 refers to an access identification information latch 6 while it writes data which an input data latch 7 latches into a word in a state that access identification information is set after the reception period terminates. Namely, the memory cell of the selected word is designated and a deletion enable signal (m) is simultaneously given to a memory array 3 by a column selection signal (i) and a row selection signal (a), both of which correspond to the word in the state that access identification information is set in a word deletion period. Thus, only the words where the row selection signal (a) and the column selection signal (i) are crossed are simultaneously deleted.</p> |
