CONSTITUTION:When the transmission is normally finished or retried and finished normally within a specified number of time, the recording of a text management table 12 of a relevant text is cleared. A CPU 9 references a transmission information table 14 corresponding to a relevant transmission end text and checks whether or not the registration of Tel No. exits. In the presence of the registration of Tel No., the Tel No. is sent to a PBX 21 and a voice guidance device 23 is in use to inform the voice message representing the text delivery to any of telephone sets 22a-22c of the relevant Tel No. in a voice message. Thus, a trouble of visiting to a terminal installation location by the text recipient on each occasion and confirming the presence of the text addressed to itself is omitted. Moreover, the recipient acquires the text received quickly.
