PURPOSE:To attain the reduction of edit time and matching with specification by referring to a specification dictionary file, and a specification edit knowledge file. CONSTITUTION:The system is comprised of an input part 1, a command analysis part 2, an inference part 3, an output part 4, the specification dictionary file 5, and the specification edit knowledge file 6. The specification dictionary file 5 on which the specification components of an operation flow used in the past, a job flow, and a system flow are registered, and the specification edit knowledge file 6 storing expert specification edit knowledge in a targeted operation using the specification component are referred when performing edit. And the specification component is selected from the specification dictionary file 5, and new operation flow, job flow, and system flow are edited according to guidance due to the content of the specification edit knowledge file 6. Thereby, it is possible to shorten the edit time and to guarantee the matching of the specification.
